In our Human Performance Lab, you will experience the scientific testing that is utilized by the world’s best athletes. Our resident exercise physiologist, Kate Rownd, will use the state of the art testing equipment in the Human Performance Lab to conduct a wide variety of tests to suit your needs, as well as original scientific research. The results are used to create individualized and quantifiable parameters for you that optimize performance and track outcomes.
