Youth Performance Training

Method Sports Performance uses a multifaceted approach to improving the speed, strength and agility of your child. All participants in our program begin by completing an introductory orientation and evaluation where they are tested in relative body strength, speed, agility, and mobility. Based off the results of this initial evaluation, our coaches will recommend which sessions would benefit them the most to ensure success in their particular sport.

Class options include:

  • Linear Speed – Composed of Acceleration and Top Speed Mechanics
  • Change in Direction
  • Strength Training

 

Method offers programs that are compatible with every age range.

  • Jump Start – Ages 7-12
  • Total Performance – Ages 12-18

*We use Zybek timers as used in the NFL to obtain the most accurate results during evaluations. Our programs ensure sure your child has the skills and knowledge to be successful both on and off the field. All programs are customized to fit your child’s unique needs.
